System Elements
AgroLog Gateway
AgroLog Gateway is a technology that gathers the information from all the sensors present in the silos and delivers the gathered data to either the cloud or your computer for local deployment. Those data can then be seen, analysed and stored on our software platform.
The key functions and benefits are
Secured data
Quick and easy access to the data
Cloud and local deployment available
The local cache-critical system keeps working even when there is no internet
Netlink
The Netlinks are small enclosures that connect both the moisture and the temperature sensor cables to the Netcontroller. Netlinks are important because they allow the data to be transferred easily and quickly while also securing them. Netlinks can connect more than one cable per silo and they can also be connected together. In this way, there will be groups of silos that will be displayed on the software platform to give you the overall overview and control of your farm.
Note that currently, we offer Netlinks in two different sizes: one with 4 and one with 8 chambers.
The key functions and benefits are
RS485 protocol
1-wire protocol
Explosion safe
ATEX Ex-marking: II 2 D Ex ib IIIC T 85°C Db IP66
AgroLog Netlink is certified as ATEX category 2 for Zone 21 and 22, ensuring high ignition protection in potentially explosive atmospheres during normal operation.
Netcontroller
The Netcontroller is one of the most important elements of our grain monitoring system. The Netcontroller is used to connect different netlinks and it relies on the information that is present in them.
The Netcontroller carries this information to the Gateway which will then store them in the AgroLog software.
The key functions and benefits are
